How do I reload the address book from outlook express?
The address book has been deleted from the computer and the error message to reload outlook express 5. Where do I get this?
You could first check your recycle bin though. If it’s in there, restore it.
For lack of a better answer, try System Restore to go back to the day you still had the address book.
1. Click Start.
2. Click All Programs.
3. Click Accessories.
4. Click System Tools.
5. Click System Restore.
6. Check the radio button next to “Restore My Computer to an Earlier Time.”
7. Click Next.
8. You will see a calendar with today’s date.
9. Click on a previous date that is BOLDED.
10. Click next, and follow the prompts.
This should take you back to the earlier date with the info that was there at the time. I just got mine back this way. There are other search options, but they didn’t work for me.
