With the Japanese set to get comic downloads in the form of manga
Would you consider buying if something similar was introduced to the west be it Manga or Marvel or DC for example.
Personally, I’m not sure I would. But that’s probably because I was never properly introduced to comics. Unfortunately, I don’t see this service leaving Japan anyway. I’m not sure it’d be profitable enough to translate comics for different languages, and manage releases along with WiiWare and the VC. Not to mention, Nintendo might not see a broad enough audience in the west to consider such a thing.
If it did happen, I’d probably give it a chance. But I can’t see it happening, at least not anytime soon.
