x men who is ms. marvel?
why ms. marvel suddently appear in the series of Rogue’s Tale? Isn’t ms. marvel = Jean Grey + Dark Phonix??? I am confused.
Ms. Marvel isn’t Jean Grey, you’re thinking of Marvel Girl. Anyways, Ms. Marvel is the woman that Rogue nearly killed when she “permanently” absorbed her powers (flight, superstrength). Over the next 10 years or so in the comics, Rogue and Ms. Marvel’s personalities waged an internal war within Rogue’s mind, so they have pretty much been linked together ever since.
Ms. Marvel first appeared as plain old Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel (vol. 1) #1 and then she eventually became a superhero as well. For more of Ms. Marvel’s background you can check out her first series (23 issues back in the 1970s), her current series, New Avengers, Mighty Avengers and some older Avengers.
