my friend has a 2 year old son and he is a little devil. she never disciplines him. what advice can i give her

right now i live with them and help out with the kids. when he gets up he is nothing but a back talking, mess making, little devil child. he has spray painted the refrigerator, nail polished the remote, swore at people, back talk to his mother, father, and i (aunt). i discipline him when he does that stuff but she normally laughs or just threatens him with punishment.

Two year old is known for terror tots!
You can try getting him to do more positive things and when he is behaving give him a reward.
If you punish him severly a tots attention span is very short in an hour he will probably do it again.
Sounds like there’s other kids too, he also sounds bored for attention and is used to getting it by doing something bad. try waking before him and do something for him that he likes, the secret with kids is NO sleep, and always be one step ahead of them anticipating and ready for what is going to happen or needs to be done next!
That’s why having kids is not a walk in the park….and that’s why parenting is an ungrateful job and tyring as hell , and that’s why when friends or family are with it and anticipate where the help is really needed it is THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!
